 Where can I find order forms for Brian Head Resort’s products and services? You will find a list of all available downloadable order forms for Brian Head Resort products and services. You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader to download and view these forms. Adobe Acrobat installer will be activated once you click any of the downloadable forms. You may choose to download this program or cancel installation at any time. Is there someone at Brian Head Resort that can help me plan and arrange my group’s vacation? Brian Head Resort’s Group Sales Department is happy to help you with any and all of the planning for your group’s vacation. We understand how busy you are and how much time the planning process can take. We are easy to reach by phone at 435-677-2035 Ext. ext. 113 or by email at groupsales@brianhead.com. How many people do I need to constitute a group? Brian Head Resort requires a minimum of 20 people buying lift tickets each day to qualify for group rates. Brian Head Resort rewards group leaders by giving 1 free lift ticket for every 20 purchased. How do I make a reservation for my group? Visit Group Forms to simply download any one of our available downloadable forms from our website. Group Lift Ticket, Rental & Lesson Rates, Group Tubing or Food & Beverage Order Form. Complete the necessary form(s) and mail it P.O. Box 190008 Brian Head, Utah 84719 with a deposit of 50% of the total bill to secure your group’s vacation reservation. If you have any questions, call our Group Sales Department at 435-677-2035 Ext. 113. Or email us at groupsales@brianhead.com. What forms of payment are accepted? Brian Head Resort accepts all major credit cards, checks and cash. Please note that a single payment will be accepted for the entire group. Individual payments or deposits will not be accepted. A 50% deposit is required on all purchases to reserve your group vacation. When is the balance due for my group’s reservation? The balance of your group’s entire bill is due upon arrival and acceptance of Brian Head Resort product(s). One payment will be accepted for the entire group. Individual payments or deposits will not be accepted. Please note that reservations on group vacations are not considered secure until a 50% deposit has been received. When do I need to have my final numbers and reservation to the Group Sales Department? Final information on all reservations must be submitted no later than 48 hours prior to arrival. This includes the number of lift tickets, rentals and lessons to be purchased, as well as arrival time and payment method. Catering reservations must be submitted at least 2 weeks prior to arrival. A 10% variance in catering numbers is accepted up to 48 hours in advance of event. What if I need to re-schedule or cancel? Cancellations must be made two (2) weeks prior to arrival. Cancellations made subsequent to this time will result in forfeiture of any and all deposits made with Brian Head Resort. Re-scheduling your group’s vacation is possible with sufficient notice. Please contact our Group Sales Department by calling 435-677-2035 Ext. 113 or email us at groupsales@brianhead.com. What if I need more lift tickets or rentals when I arrive? Additional lift tickets, rentals and lessons may be purchased upon arrival at Brian Head Resort’s regular undiscounted rate. No discounts will be offered for additional purchases at the time of arrival. What if I need less lift tickets or rentals when I arrive? Lift tickets, rental vouchers and lesson vouchers are printed 24 hours in advance of your group’s arrival. Please be sure your numbers are accurate, as there are absolutely no refunds once tickets and vouchers have been printed. What is the best time to bring my group to Brian Head Resort? Groups are welcome anytime at Brian Head Resort. Our Group Sales Department suggests mid-week vacations whenever possible for the best rates and the best service. Brian Head Resort’s busiest days typically occur during the Christmas, Martin Luther King and President’s Day holidays. Non-holiday vacations allow your group access to our most affordable rates on tickets and lodging. Our Group Sales Department is available to service your group to the best of our ability during the non-holiday season. In addition to booking mid-week and non-holiday vacations, we also suggest you book your group vacation as soon as possible. Where can I rent skis, poles, boots, snowboards, snow blades or snow bikes? Brian Head Resort has an extensive stock of rental skis, boots, poles, snowboards and snowboard boots. We also rent snow blades and snow bikes. Name brands, friendly staff, plenty of sizes and a rental shop at each day lodge, make Brian Head Resort the convenient and easy choice for rental equipment. In the event any group members require rental equipment, such equipment must be rented from Brian Head Resort to receive group discounts on lift ticket and lesson rates. Each member of the group who is renting equipment from Brian Head Resort must have a signed, original rental agreement. Renters under the age of 18 must have a parent or legal guardian sign the rental agreement. Our Group Sales Department will mail the rental agreements upon your group’s reservation and receipt of your deposit. Rental agreements must accompany each renter upon arrival. What if some members of my group need lessons to get them started? Not a problem! Our fantastic Winter Sports School is ready to make it easy to learn and easy on the wallet. Participants taking lessons should arrive in time to be escorted to the Winter Sports School Meeting Area 15 minutes before lessons begin. Lessons typically begin around 10 am or 12 pm, and we are very flexible. What is snow tubing? Brian Head Resort offers one of the best lift-served snow tubing hills in America. People from ages 4 to age 80 have enjoyed Snow Tubing. Tubes and lift service are included in the tubing pass price. Click here to view our Group Tubing Order Form. Where should my group eat while they are in Brian Head? Brian Head Resort has an extensive Catering Menu provided by our skilled food and beverage department. Click here for a downloadable Food and Beverage Order Form. Our catering services are generally available for dinner and evening meals. We serve dinner in both our Navajo and Giant Steps Lodges. Reservations for catering services must be made at least two weeks in advance of arrival. A 10% variance in catering numbers is accepted up to 48 hours in advance of event. Brian Head Resort has a grill open everyday from 9:30 am to 4:30 pm at both Navajo and Giant Steps Lodges. The grills are a convenient and cost effective way to feed your group lunch. Is it possible to host an evening social or Après Ski party at Brian Head Resort? Brian Head Resort has a fantastic Menu of Appetizers to cater any group function. Après Ski events are a great way to gather your group and celebrate an excellent day on the snow. Wine and cheese parties are popular with our visiting Ski Clubs. Hot chocolate is a nice treat for a youth group. All events can be catered at either our Navajo or Giant Steps Lodges. Our Group Sales Department is available to help you design an event that is sure to create great memories of your time at Brian Head Resort. How do you travel from Navajo Lodge to Giant Steps Lodge and around Brian Head Town? A Free shuttle allows your group access to the entire town. The Town of Brian Head runs a shuttle serving the entire town of Brian Head, allowing you free access to lodging, restaurants and shops from 9am – 11pm. Where do I find lodging for my group?
