Bike Season Starts Independence Day Weekend
Brian Head Resort downhill mountain bike park is now open for riding this Friday, June 30th with more than 60% of trails available to ride! This opening would not be possible without the dedicated efforts of the mountain teams these past few months. With over 400″ of snow this past winter, it’s taken a massive team effort to get ready for bike season.
There’s no better way to celebrate an opening than during the Fourth of July celebrations. Enjoy daily live music from July 1st – 4th and base festivities to relax after a day biking on the mountain.
What Trails Are Now Open?
The highlighted trails for the mountain bike park will be open for riding this weekend. 11 out of 18 trails will be open, that’s over 60% of the mountain ready to explore! More trails will be opening as soon as possible. Be sure to check the latest trail updates via weather & conditions page.
Mountain Bike Lift Tickets
Lift tickets start as low as $29. The earlier you buy, the more you save so be sure to plan ahead to snag the lowest prices of the summer.
Impact of Historical Snowfall
Winter 22/23 was one for the books! The snow was more than memorable, but due to the historical snowfall, the bike trails were impacted by the large amounts of spring snowmelt. This means trail crews have been non-stop busy reworking the earth to make it safe for riders and, of course, fun to ride.
We are thankful the hard work has paid off and are already opening bike trails despite the challenges. More trails will open weekly as the trail crew progresses. Stay tuned for up-to-date trail & lift status here.
