Due to continued warm temperatures hampering snow-making efforts, officials at Brian Head Resort have announced a delay in the scheduled opening day. The new scheduled opening day is Friday, November 17th, 2023 – conditions permitting.
Our dedicated mountain operations teams have been working tirelessly to bring you the best opening day conditions. Although our efforts have been continuous and persevering, we cannot control the temperatures and weather conditions Mother Nature creates.

Q: What happens to lift tickets dated before November 17th, 2023?
A: Products dated before 11/17/23 will be automatically credited to your self-service account. There you can exchange your purchase and choose a new lift ticket date. If you’d prefer a refund to the original form of payment reach out to the reservations team via [email protected]or (435) 677-2035.
Q: How can I access my credit?
A: After making any purchase, you receive a confirmation email that includes a link to your Brian Head Resort Self-Service Portal. Here, you’ll be able to select the products you’d like to exchange and view your purchase history instantly – no waiting and no emailing required. Refer back to your confirmation email post-purchase to access your portal.
Q: How much does it cost to exchange my lift tickets?
A: There are no fees to change your items. Depending on dates and products purchased, you may be asked to pay the difference if your new products cost more than your original.
